Rotaract Club of TIET organised a Road safety Awareness Drive in Budha Dal Public School on 15 September. A talk was given by Sub inspector Gurjap Singh to students in morning assembly after which poster making competition took place amongst class 9 students.
4 winners were chosen for the poster making competition out of 100+ entries. 3 Interactive sessions were conducted by club members with 60 students in each where presentation was given which focused on causes and prevention of road accidents and Do's and Don't s while on the road with special focus on Road signs. Fun activities like quizzes, puzzles and situations were given to students to make them understand things Better.
